      Cons

      Training is not good. Management does not interact with you unless it by email. If you start your position after Jan 1, you will not have vacation until following year Jan 1. Semi Monthly Pay. 60 day waiting period for benefits. Required to stay late until work is done. No one interacts with you or even wants to help you. The culture is just pure negativity. High Turnover.

      The pay is alright, the benefits are nice, employee assistance for a vehicle is great

      Cons

      They are super strict with the time. You are late it's a strike, come back late it's a strike. There is no leniency what so ever. You would think that if you are sick and trying to tough it out and stay that is good right... Not is you cannot keep to your schedule. That messes up their call rate. They tell you to clock out if you cannot stick to the schedule but that is a strike too
