- decently flexible on scheduling if something comes up and you need to leave or be off for several days - give you lots of things to prepare you for the job - you can decorate your cubicle however - giant break room with free soda and water and a ton of fridges and microwaves

Cons

- boasts being a Fortune 500 company, but you won't get a new headset - all the chairs are busted up - you can't even change the background on your computer (like that's some type of distraction) - they took away styrofoam cups from employee use because they put down one strip of carpet in one department, allegedly costing $20,000. - systems go down on the regular

No direct supervisor, some company discounts(that I found out about myself, was never told), benefits

Cons

They will work you like crazy and not want to give a raise, poor communication, pay is low compared to other companies
