      An employer who does not enforce a grievance over bullying.

      Pros

      Sales executives are kind and it’s the people that make the business.

      Cons

      They do not enforce grievances over bullying nor investigate when it is bought to their attention. HR do not care either. Highest person at my dealership ignored my emails on two occasions. Allowed me to be threatened by a colleague.
