      Pros

      They really care about the Sales Team here and they Promote within.Mangers are hands on and very knowledgeable. Great place to work if you ask me and ive only been here for a few weeks and i am making Sales. The GM Chris told me that i would do good here and he reminds me Daily that i am doing a Good job as well as the manager team here.

      9-9 lol but its Sales so really no complaints

      Fantastic work environment with energetic co-workers where everyone is absolutely welcoming and helpful (Shreveport location).

      Cons

      Poor work environment at the Bossier location.

      Financially Stable, Multiple Manufacturer group with a decent geographic foot print.

      Cons

      Good old boy network. Advancement limited for minorities and women. You will find many minorities with 4 year and beyond degree s working for non degreed managers.
