      Have better customer come in for service and customers really satisfied for there service and especially busy some time all

      Finding a sale to make money out of it so and ask customer what they recommend for there service either they buy or no buy

      Pros

      There are good people there, however there have been numerous General Manager changes and they want to restructure pay plans all over. Net profit is the key, as it should be, but to penalize employees that do the "work", seems counter-productive.
