      Pros

      very transparent and by the books. Fortune 400 company with lots of advancement oppurtunities. Very friendly and everyone is family

      Cons

      Very long hours. Difficult to get time off. You will work at least 60 hours a week and the managers dont communicate very well

      Pay is competitive. Good Training.

      Cons

      Full commission working on cars is not a effective way to keep talented employees around. A lot of favoritism in work distribution for no reason other than they like someone more than someone else.

      Pros

      Good starting pay. Moved up in the company very quickly. Overall good job, feed us on Saturdays as well.

      Cons

      Management can be a pain at times. Didn't really individually get to know or care to known employees as much as one would wish for. Service advisors talk to you as if they are your boss instead of colleagues.
