Nasty facility, terrible management, low pay, crooked pay plan designed to take as much away from employees as possible.

The people who work with you are great. Growth all depends on the person's ability to understand the work, and a degree helps as well to move into corporate. The managers are great.

Cons

There is a feeling that corporate looks down upon the people in the BSC. Many times during close outs you're doing other departments work after your department is done.
