Being part of a large group of dealerships, our inventory depth is a big plus.

Cons

Specific dealership I am deployed has horrible leadership. Payplan is such that rewards mediocrity. You get punished through the payplan for hitting your goals. You have to play a game to get their best pay here. Finance is a joke. They treat clients continuously like they are doing them a favor. Paperwork needs to be massively improved.

Employ young or old, it is your chance to prove yourself whatever your age. I have worked for a very rough big company as Service Manager up until going to Chandlers Hailsham. What a relief to work for someone who appreiates you. I am 63 and would be happy to continue after my 65 birthday, That is how much I enjoy working for them.
