      Pros

      I liked working at Group 1 initially because of my supervisor. He was very neat and tech savvy. It seemed like he wanted to grow the department and allow us to be the best we could be.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. HORRIBLE benefits package. Horrible PTO and lack of communication between the upper management and the everyday workers. I felt like I was just another number at Group 1 instead of a person

      pay rate is not bad

      Cons

      management does not listen to employees! employees at the dealerships are unhappy. When upper management decides to put a process in place even if its not working they wont change it. Vendors are not paid on time. I worked here for 5 years received good reviews but never got a raise and benifits stink. The little guy suffers at when dealing with this company weather its the employees or outside vendors.
