Sales executives are kind and it’s the people that make the business.

Cons

They do not enforce grievances over bullying nor investigate when it is bought to their attention. HR do not care either. Highest person at my dealership ignored my emails on two occasions. Allowed me to be threatened by a colleague.

I work in accounting in UK. I have been able to develop a career with a company that cares. My manager is very supportive and really wants to give your people a chance.

Cons

We have to work long hours at month end. Though I enjoy it as we are a real team and everyone pulls together.
