Work most weekends, horrible culture, company does very little for you to make you feel valued. Always moving goal posts, it’s never enough.

Good colleagues, good car scheme, commission structure used to be very good, met some great people in the dealership.

Cons

Senior leadership and the dealers are world apart. Work/life balance is poor. Commission structure changed for the worse. Unrealsistc targets set by people who have never sold a car!
