Inchcape offers a highly dynamic and globally focused work environment, which makes it an excellent place to develop professionally and personally. I’ve had the opportunity to engage with complex projects across various regions, which has broadened my skill set and cultural perspective.

Cons

As a large, global organization, Inchcape can sometimes have slower decision-making processes, especially when it comes to project approvals and aligning with compliance standards across regions.

There are absolutely NO pros

Cons

They are crooks, not only to customers, but constantly hiding money on their own employees' checks. They're owned by a company called Group 1. who changed the pay plan for the worse, twice in the 2 years I worked there. Getting yelled at on Saturday meetings & being called trash are no way to motivate your sales people. DO NOT APPLY & DO NOT SHOP HERE.
