BMW of Annapolis was a great employer. Enjoyed working with the management team, my fellow sales people, and the service department. Had great sales opportunities.

Cons

Nothing unique for my role - I was selling cars. It's long hours to be successful, but you will deal with that anywhere.

Extremely chaotic, high, high turnover especially in management. Toxic cliques that are simply bullies and ride the clock for hours on end.
