Pros

They allow you to buy shares of the Company at a small discount and cars at employee prices.

Cons

Simply terrible management. Legal Department is particularly badly run and needs an overhaul. People are mistreated and management uses them to cover up their mistakes. No work-life balance whatsoever. The life insurance benefit is not competitive at only $25k total.
