Pros

- The compensation package is good compared to local companies in the region. - Fully remote work environment. - The company has ambitious goals and is rapidly expanding as an international business.

Cons

-Non-Russian-speaking employees may struggle at times, as there are many Russian-speaking colleagues and some internal chats are conducted entirely in Russian. - Due to the company’s rapid growth, there can be occasional chaos in the organizational structure and overall development processes.

Pros

1) Most colleagues are approachable and down-to-earth. Ready to help and rather nice. 2) Documentation is readily available and you can always expect some consistency.

Cons

1) Quite bad at managing client's expectations and setting boundaries leading to overwork and unnecessary exhaustion. 2) Pay grade is nontransparent, and it is difficult to negotiate new pay raises in absence of information. 3) It seems there is an inclination to hire Russian-speaking team members. Few learning benefits.
