Pros
Working at Group-IPS is a unique chance of owning your path. This is possible thanks to the HR recruitment policy which focuses on hiring young talents and giving them the support to grow and become the managers of tomorrow. I also praise top management for its open door policy and always embrace ideas that can improve the company. Many of my colleagues have realized their career dream by moving abroad and being supported by the Group too. It definitely makes you feel that your potential is seen and developed. The vision of the Group is also clear and helps me understand where to see myself in 5 years.
Cons
The only risk to freedom is that it must be well monitored to ensure that you don't get lost along the way. My Manager ensures it thanks to regular 1to1.
