Growing company with plenty of opportunities

Pros

Family spirit but international at the same time. Giving a lot of opportunities & challenges, even to Juniors. Every project is different, high level of responsibility.

Cons

Could improve on piloting capacities but is conscious about their weaknesses and working on it. Very demanding job with a lot of responsibilities, not done for 9 to 5ers.
