Pros

Transparency of business, successful business model, work-life balance, success with growing talent from within, senior management is approachable and receptive to ideas, good culture - employees know how to have fun.

Cons

Management is a bit over-structured relative to the size of the company, there is a tendency to over-communicate to the point of distraction (though I prefer that to the other extreme)
