Safety is being put as high priority.

Cons

1)No coaching, support, and proper training provided 2) lack of people management skill,and no respect for employees' professional growth or contributions 3) Very outdated ways of working. Most approval workflows are still paper-based and require physical signatures, which is extremely inefficient.
