      Pros

      I just started working with Grow and I'm very impressed with everything so far. I retain full control of my own therapy practice, while getting amazing support and billing help with Grow. It's a win-win for any therapist trying to get started on their own. I greatly appreciate the transparency and consistent, clear communication!

      Pros

      At grow I felt like I mattered to them . The onboarding session was clarifying and I felt supported . The workplace culture is welcoming . While in the onboarding call my questions weee answered, I found clarity and comfortable about how the system works . And the fact that there is support surrounding counselors sets a tone for the company .
