I am happy with how organized Grow Therapy is as well as that they use the latest technology. Their software is easy to use. The employees are friendly and positive.

Cons

Right now, I do not see any cons. It is better than I have expected. I own my private practice so this platform works for me. It is a platform for independent practitioners.

Working with GROW is what you make it and depending on your work ethic it can be very lucrative or simply additional income on the side. I have been a clinician for many years and what I enjoy about Grow is the ability it gives you to focus on being a clinician without the headache of dealing with the other aspects that can make you feel overwhelmed. I like the supportive online environment you have with other clinicians especially if you are doing telehealth . It provides a solid network of other professionals which is supportive when dealing with challenges of clients and working in the mental health field. The most enjoyable part of the job is of course meeting new clients and people and helping to solve problems presented but also the online chat network with other professionals and the supportive on boarding process with GROW staff.

Cons

I haven't experienced any negatives with the company.
