Pros

I just joined Grow this month as a remote contract therapist. I have been very pleased so far with the entire onboarding process, support, ease of client scheduling, calendar syncing (and emails that I received about new bookings create blocked events on my calendar [I use ical, not sure if this would be the same for all calendar apps], so I do not have to worry about double booking), reimbursement rates, and support. Most of my referrals I have received so far are from CA and I will have a full caseload faster than I could have hoped. I am truly grateful.

Cons

At the moment the only complaint that I have is the cost of health insurance through Grow's partnership with Stride, however, this is more a systemic complaint about healthcare in the US. I am grateful that Grow offers this as an option.

Pros

Autonomy and pretty good pay compared to other agencies, good referrals

Cons

1099, so you better keep up with your tax money, they are beginning to micromanage some, their EHR system can be buggy and used to work better

Pros

I signed up to work with Grow about four months ago because while I never had a problem attracting enough clients to fill my practice, when I decided to niche down, I kept getting clients who were not aligned with my specialty area, despite my website and social media being very clear about what I focus on. Working with Grow, I have only gotten clients that are in my area of specialty, and I have been able to fill my caseload with these clients easily. In addition, my Groow clients are good clients-ready to do the work, communicative, and are a pleasure to work with. The Grow platform is easy to use and I have not had any problems that required me to reach out for support. Overall I am happy with my decision, and would recommend it to any therapist that is either starting to build a caseload, or like me, is making the switch to a more focused area of counseling and is looking for a specific type of client.

Cons

I haven't had any negative experiences to report.
