      Pros

      I joined Grow within the past few months and it is the best company/ work environment I’ve experienced thus far. They really practice what they preach in terms of leadership transparency, benefits, work/life balance, and emphasis on mental health. Also I have not met one employee that does not embody the mission statement- Grow really vets their employees and everyone has similar outlooks about the work being done. So far can’t talk highly enough about this company

      - Mature, thoughtful leadership that is very kind - Stable financial position - Work that makes an impact in something meaningful - Provider first organization - High level of SME competency across each functional areas - Respectful of working hours in your own time zone - Teams able to get things done fast - Great wellness perks - Good pay

      - Lots of new hires given the age of the company so we're often learning together - Many software tools to learn in a 100% virtual world is both a pro and a con
