      Pros

      Im new to Grow therapy and private practice overall. Coming to grow has been a very easy process. From the initial visit to getting credentialed to seeing patients. Grow also has very competitive pay. Highly recommend this platform.

      Pros

      - the people (especially the tech team) are some of the most intelligent and compassionate humans I've ever worked with - the leadership team seems to care more about making Americans happier through therapy over maximizing profits, but are still able to maintain profitability as a means of supporting this goal - I get tons of autonomy over what I work on - managers and PMs actually listen when I say I want to work on something

      Cons

      - it's still a startup so things (teams, processes, system architectures) are frequently in flux - there's not much hand-holding; engineers are expected to advocate for themselves and forge their own paths
