      Pros

      At grow I felt like I mattered to them . The onboarding session was clarifying and I felt supported . The workplace culture is welcoming . While in the onboarding call my questions weee answered, I found clarity and comfortable about how the system works . And the fact that there is support surrounding counselors sets a tone for the company .

      The team was very communicative and kind throughout the entire process. I could tell that everyone is a deep thinker which made me more excited to work at the company.
