Pros

The best way to describe the team at Grow is that people care a lot. They care about the company, the product, the customer, and each other. Everyone is invested in what the company is trying to accomplish. The environment is positive, hard-working, and friendly. It's an exciting time to be at a company that's doing great things. And the unlimited PTO is pretty nice too.

Cons

Like any succeeding startup, Grow has some growing pains. Since moving to a new office, it's harder to stay connected to everyone and everything that's happening.

Grow trusts its employees. I have autonomy. I like the location. I like the management. Love working for Grow

Cons

If you are not ok with a bit of chaos, this place is not for you. Growing fast, things change fast, this is not a come to work and do the same thing for a year. You will learn new things and be required to do new things frequently.

Grow has an awesome product that fills a big gap in the BI space. The company invests heavily in their employees and trusts them to get the job done (no micro management). The culture and leadership is terrific.

Cons

Being such a young company, they aren't able to offer great base salaries.
