Pros

Cool technologies, people is great and you feel like you matter for the company. Technically speaking there's a lot to improve but they take care about the quality of the product and there is a stable great product.

Cons

Can't think about many, some teams are a bit chaotic, but that wasn't my experience at all.

Pros

Grow is a great place to work. I have never worked with more talented engineers. Everyone I worked with was kind and thoughtful. And the compensation was competitive.

Cons

I wish engineers were moved around less. At Grow, PMs decide which team an engineer is on which. PMs (understandably) don't always understand the inefficiency of swapping out engineers on projects.
