Benefits were decent Pto policy was generous to more tenured employees Diverse workforce.

Cons

Basically like high school with drama, toxicity and interpersonal relationships. Upper management seemingly has zero clue on direction of the company, very wishy/washy with decision making Extreme lack of communication through chain of command Favoritism and external hirings without offering positions internally first. Zero employee incentives or raises. Have high expectations for no reward other then keeping your job. Lack of recognition for hard work or tenure Virtually zero room for growth and development Company culture died years ago.
