Great place to work and great company culture! When I first started I felt like I was already part of the team. It's a fun place to work. The work is challenging at times but manageable.

Cons

The company needs to showcase what they do in the community more, so the public knows Grunt Style is more than just a retail store.

Great environment to work in. If you work hard and don't complain during peak season (a lot of pickers/packers will complain), it will be noticed. Great chance to meet some awesome people and get some valuable contacts/references.

Cons

Lack of warehouse organization caused some glaring issues with order fulfillment.
