Promotions and recognitions are rare, non existant. Favors are the way to go. no need to show performance

the remote site is rewarding in terms of small company feel and atmosphere. Peers are great to work with too.

Cons

When ACS headquarters gets involved, it's usually bad. They don't really know what we do locally, they have proved themselves untrustworthy in the past.

Pros

The benefits were great, they did allow parents time off to attend their childrens school functions the health insurance was expensive but very good.

Cons

In order to advance within the company it would be best to move to a larger location with more people and more opportunities. Memphis was a small operation and there was no room for growth unless you left and went to another state.
