- You will build a good resume. Specially if you go abroad. - No boundaries. All the information is at your reach if you are willing to get responsibility. - Friendly relations between the employees.

Cons

- No coaching, training, feedback of any type. - If you are working abroad, be sure that you are going to be alone (don´t expect any help from your superiors).

It was great experience for my resume and future jobs. I learned a lot and interacted with some great people because of my position and that network has been very useful.
