Too many pros to list, but among my favorites are the long-term mission, the open culture, senior management, exceptional employee diversity and skillset, autonomy and trust, agile mindset, but also: free yoga, gym, and food!

Cons

Base compensation could be slightly better, as well as bonuses for entry to mid-level roles. Company just added 401k match. Finally, Redwood City isn't the easiest to get to, but company is very open to telecommuting.
