      Cutting-edge technology, friendly colleagues, good communication across groups

      Cons

      High burnout/stress, very high turnover rate. They may ask you go one direction in the morning and on the same day tell you to go the other direction. Cronyism is happening within certain groups.

      Food is catered and a lot of snacks. People are mostly friendly.

      Cons

      Workplace is really toxic. Too much drama and stress. Was worth working there pre ipo but post ipo is just not worth at all. A lot of people say culture suffers from extreme growth of the company. There you are just an employee. A lot of backstabbing cannot trust anyone at all.
