      - No advancement for internal employees - Pay could be better, especially with cost of living increases -Supervisors and Managers: - toxic behaviors - assume the worst without facts - micromanage unnecessarily - don't trust employees - don't empower employees - play petty mind games - favoritism - unskilled in position - overload employees with work - talk about other employees to employees
