      The culture has changed dramatically since the new people leader started. There is a reason why great people have left and will continue to leave.

      Best product on the market that saves lives.

      Cons

      Big picture culture is in decline. Specific departments are worse thano thers. People dept has huge turnover this year due to mismanagement, bullying, nepo hires, unethical behavior, dishonesty and retaliation. Toxic culture. Most people will be gone when market improves.

      Pros

      Some of the greatest, most competent people I've worked with. Get to work on some amazing problems and help push forward cancer care.

      Cons

      Overall compensation is good; stock is often used as an incentive but has had generally poor performance over the last 3 years, making it less exciting. Overall workload can be high at times.
