-Good compensation -Excellent camaraderie amongst all departments -Involved and interested management structure -Incredible mission and passion for what we do -Employee's needs are a top consideration

Cons

-Benefits could use an overhaul/matching contributions -Pay increases should be across the board.

Pros

Competitive pay, free lunch and free snacks.

Cons

Beware of discrimination and harassment. HR are unresponsive if you don’t follow through with your complaints. No room for growth even if you have the potential because of favoritism. Direct superiors have no empathy and some don’t observe confidentiality (talking about PIP in break room where other people can hear).

Pros

Extremely competitive pay. They provide lunch and keep a fully stocked break room for their employees. Good health insurance at a very low cost for their employees. The nature of the work is pleasant and enjoyable. You earn three weeks of PTO your first year. The office nice and comfortable and the dress code is office casual. Everyone on my team gets along well!

Cons

So far, there aren't any. I'm not making this up. It's the best job I've ever had!!!!
