      Training Department is Toxic

      Pros

      Been with GH for a handful of months and fantastic benefits, product portfolio is solid, compensation is great, descent car allowance.

      Cons

      The culture at GH is very Toxic stemming from the director of the training department. This is not a team that wants to uplift and support they want to tear down and destroy. This group spreads rumors and actively tries to tear people down and limit your ability to succeed within the organization.

      Leadership team untrustworthy, toxic and unfair. The rules apply to some, but not the 'inner circle'. Leadership plays obvious favorites and those not in the circle will never matter to the company
