The CEOs really care about their employees. They treat their employees extremely well, we get great benefits, free lunch, free gym access, and so much more! The work culture is healthy, very professional and my colleagues are amazing. There are tons of opportunities and growth here. I feel extremely blessed to be working here.

The company has really good benefits and market data is analyzed to ensure that pay stays competitive.

Cons

The company still needs to scale. Although the company has radford data that best shows market salary for a biotech, the company needs to get everyone to market salary which was lacking when I was there. They were working on it though!
