Strong and genuine company-wide drive to develop blood test products

Cons

Very intense culture. Demanding work due to the drive for growth. No sustainable structure for employees to manage their work. Overworking (10+ days plus weekends) and increase of responsibilties without recognition or reward. Teams are competitive and often point fingers / talk behind back instead of being accountant and working together.
