      Pros

      - free catering lunch on-site with changing menus Mon-Fri - colleagues often participate in projects to improve work environment/work flow/efficiency - easy PTO approval - team members are often very communicative

      Cons

      Upper management can be micromanage-y and rarely does anything to help improve our work flow Constant change in work flows and SOPs Upper management would rather hire more people to do work the slow way, claiming to prioritize accuracy/quality, than to figure out how to prioritize efficiency and quality with the current staffs

      Micromanagement in every level. Having a conversation with a coworker is forbidden. Favoritism is very big in BSM. If someone does not like you they will make sure to find a way to get rid of you. The environment is depressing. A lot more Cons then Pros
