Pros
This place has been nothing short of an amazing job, particularly as an entry level position. Buffet style lunch every day, comprehensive medical, stock options (in time), and loads of on-site benefits and perks. I feel heard and seen as an employee here.
Cons
Because of the dynamic nature of this growing company, many features seems to change on a monthly basis. Not to mention how necessary every hand on deck is, it can be difficult trying to request certain days off. Aside from that, there’s not much else to complain about.
