      Pros

      There are some very solid people at the company.

      Cons

      There have been several restructurings and many key decision makers have left the company. You have many ineffective managers who can't name a project their employees are working on. Mostly clueless "climbers", who don't have enough experience to run a circus let alone a team of people. Once described as a revolving door, where attrition of good people is a regular occurrence.

      Youthful environment, you're able to dress comfortably, you have access to snacks and lunch, you have company events, they have different shifts, people are very friendly, and they have good benefits

      Cons

      They need to update the system they use, if you don't live close the commute is horrible.
