-Good compensation -Excellent camaraderie amongst all departments -Involved and interested management structure -Incredible mission and passion for what we do -Employee's needs are a top consideration

Cons

-Benefits could use an overhaul/matching contributions -Pay increases should be across the board.

Flexible schedules, smart & friendly co-workers, transparency, competitive benefits, free catered lunch Monday-Thursday, convenient location, open seating and a real purpose.

Cons

Work/life balance is slightly off but that is only because we are growing so fast. This should resolve itself very soon. However, I do not mind working harder because they are such an amazing group of leaders.
