New Values, Focus on Employees, New PTO and sabbatical program 4 week after 5 years. Great products and huge focus on patients!

Growing pains...doubled during COVID. Lots going on - which is good and bad.

The company has really good benefits and market data is analyzed to ensure that pay stays competitive.

Cons

The company still needs to scale. Although the company has radford data that best shows market salary for a biotech, the company needs to get everyone to market salary which was lacking when I was there. They were working on it though!
