Pay is lower due to it's biotech, also company previous announced no laid off but proceed to laid off 7% of people next month.

-Catered lunch and free unlimited drinks and snacks. -Team building events offsite. -consistent one on one's with supervisor -OT is not mandatory and first shift starts at 730am so we still have time to enjoy evening. -management is approachable and seem to care about employees

Cons

PTO requests can be hard to get approved (especially Saturdays) Other than that, no other cons so far!
