The culture at GH is very Toxic stemming from the director of the training department. This is not a team that wants to uplift and support they want to tear down and destroy. This group spreads rumors and actively tries to tear people down and limit your ability to succeed within the organization.

Lots of changes happen without much explanation and a general feeling that people are disposable.
