      if you do not like change this company is not for you. Change is the only constant here. The changes are due to continued company improvement, advances in technology, to remain the leader in this space.

      Products do help cancer patients.

      Cons

      The sales organization is incredibly toxic, starting from the top. They have changed our comp plan so many times I can’t keep track. And every time it benefits the company. Only at Guardant can you hit 120% of your goal and only be paid $7000! Also, there is no transparency, so you will never be able to cross-check their work. Some of the management team is incredibly corrupt and have lied, created hostile work environments, threatened employees. And, it seems, they’ve gotten away with it in the past. I suppose that’s why the continue with the behavior. But now many people have gotten wise to the illegal and horrific abuse of power and are leaving in droves. Maybe Guardant will finally wake up!
