      Pros

      Collaborative atmosphere -- there is a sense of shared success, and when problems arise, the focus is on finding solutions as opposed to finding someone to blame. Impact on patients -- company is pioneer in liquid biopsy and has provided results to over 100,000 patients that help guide personalized targeted treatment. Scientific challenges -- there are many unsolved problems left to tackle. Also, there is so much data to work with -- it is a privilege and a duty to use to help tomorrow's patients. Onsite lunch is pretty good, and teams order delivery on Fridays

      Cons

      There's a lot going on, so buckle up for shifting priorities as new opportunities arise. Work-life balance: getting better, but still a fast moving start-up atmosphere.

      Pros

      Senior management really cares about the mission and wants to do right by the people. Cutting edge technology and trials. This is a game-changing technology that will make a difference in cancer patients everywhere. Interesting projects and friendly people.

      Cons

      The speed GH is trying to move is difficult to keep up with. Too many priorities and this stretches people too much and lose focus. Managers need manager training.
