      Great benefits and pay, but a cut-throat culture

      Pros

      Benefits are great, Pay is great, food is a buffet style so always delicious.

      Cons

      Managers are micromanaging in all aspects. It's not about you, it's about metrics and so be prepared to work in anxiety. If you go and take a 15 minute break they'll be wondering why you took such a long break and not at your desk or in lab working. Environment is divided. A bunch of people tend to be cordial but as soon as you walk away they are talking bad about someone or about you. Very Cut-throat environment so just be prepared. High turn around position.

      Pros

      Diverse team and company High sample counts leads to very rushed work in lab.

      Cons

      The lab environment itself is very chaotic. You’ll be running around till your last minute of shift. Very difficult to use your time offs if two people already requested the same date, you basically will be denied. Basically have to take time off according to everyone else’s schedule
