Loved the culture, the company is expanding so there is always room to grow. Coworkers were great and the mission was good. Free food and accomdations

Cons

Company expanded pretty quickly so communication of management was a little off.

It is truly an honor to work at a company that is leading the liquid biopsy market and making a meaningful difference in improving the lives of very sick patients. The co-founders of the company are consistent and steady in executing against the company's long-term strategy. Excellent work conditions: latest equipment and technology; open office space; excellent high quality catered lunches every day. Strong company values that start with the patient always first. Committed to improving across all dimensions when potential issues or weaknesses become evident.

Cons

The only con that is being addressed is that the company needs to implement changes across the board to scale. The company is growing rapidly and needs to continue to focus on scaling processes and systems.

Poor training and onboarding processes. Unreasonable timeline for project results. Since their IPO, they focused less on their employees and more on profits. Management will find any excuse to fire people. There is a constant fear that anyone will be the next to get fired.
